Sustainability: The Smart Way

Companies are currently recognising that the integration of sustainability is imperative and indisputable for their long-term success and the future of our populations and the planet.

This programme is designed respond to local and global sustainability related issues. Students will be equipped with the latest knowledge and aptitudes to contribute to the sustainability agenda of businesses and the country at large.  They will benefit from a rich variety of learning experiences to become young professionals, researchers and leaders in sustainability.

Objectives

Allow and provide future Sustainability Officers and professionals with up to date and marketable skills and knowledge related to the sphere of environmental, social and business sustainability.
Develop the skills and knowledge needed in the management of economic, environmental, and social sustainability issues.
Develop, implement, and maintain an effective management program towards sustainability in today’s businesses.
Engage critically with legislative and policy frameworks across different contexts; and to advocate, consult and collaborate with different stakeholders within different cultural settings at the workplace for formulation of legislative requirements and policy reforms.
