MA Educational Leadership & Management

The sworn course for avid software developers who want to change the world!

This Masters of Arts in Educational Leadership & Management has been specifically designed so as to equip school leaders & managers, educational consultants, members of the inspectorate, educational planners & policy makers as well as anyone who is directly or indirectly involved in the field of education at pre primary, primary and secondary levels. The field of education has been experiencing unprecedented changes over the last two years forcing school managers and leaders to grapple with new methods of managing and leading their institutions. While distant learning and home schooling have become routine activities of various stakeholders of the educational sector, the omnipresence of technology for teaching and learning imposed itself. In such a challenging, yet, novel context, it becomes imperative for school heads to strengthen and renew their management and leadership skills to better cope with issues they face.

This programme aims at fostering students’ continuing professional development through reflection on practice and adapting to current challenges. It encourages them to become reflective and critical thinkers with an international outlook so that they can contribute towards the improvement of our existing education system.
