INTRODUCTION

Upon user request to terminate his account, the University will deactivate or delete the user account and information from the active databases. However, some information may be retained in the University files to troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce the University’s Terms of Use, comply with legal requirements and prevent fraud.

If the user does no longer wish to receive correspondence, emails, or other communications from the University, he/she may opt-out by:

Data Retention Period

The processing of personal data will be retained for a period of 1 year. Following which, same will be deleted.
