MASTER OF LAWS (LL.M.) IN CORPORATE AND INSOLVENCY LAW

The part-time LL.M. in Corporate and Insolvency Law programme is designed to equip graduates with a broad and in-depth knowledge of corporate law and the law of insolvency. This will foster the chances and opportunities of graduates to be competent to work in the corporate world and at the same time, to enhance their chances of entrepreneurial endeavours as owners or directors of companies. It boosts the chances of graduates to be employed in companies as company secretaries, directors, legal advisers, corporate administrators and compliance officers to name a few. It is believed that this programme can also enhance the chances of employment in the financial services sector (insurance, global business and securities sectors) and the banking sector of Mauritius.
