Request for Exemption Many time a student may have completed the same exact module elsewhere, therefor student can be exempt form one or more modules. Always discuss with a student supervisor first. Student Request Form Student should use this form to formulate their requests, except for Appeal, Exemption and Complaints. Entry Exam Form This form needs to be filled prior to the beginning of an exam, so that to let the administration know before hnad which exam to assign to which student. Resit Form Whenever a student fail to go through an exam, they will be able to retake the exam in next semester(condition apply). The next step to resolve the issue is to filled this form first.
