Objectives
Understand the rapidly evolving economic, political, legal, socio-cultural, and competitive forces impacting the global service industry;
Explain the relationships between services management, digital marketing, and innovation to respond to the fast-changing requirements of the business environment;
Provide students with the multidisciplinary theoretical knowledge and skills as well as hands-on practical experience to adapt to the emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing shaping the future of the services industry;
Demonstrate the application of theory in practice through a range of project-based assignments and work placement;
Equip students with practical and transferable skills such as critical thinking, research skills, teamwork, resilience, time management and communication skills that are highly attractive to employers.
